If there is a barrel in your basement that not only has a toxic sign on it but also says ‘Property Of US Goverment’ do not try to show off to your friends how sturdy it is by banging on it. Metal ages and can rust, so you might accidentally let poison gas escape from it if you do so. Instead just leave the barrel where it is and ignore it. When you eventually sell your house make sure not to tell the new owners about it.
